The company won theItalian Food Awards 2018, the international award dedicated to the most innovative products in the Italian food & beverage sector, awarded at SIAL 2018 in Paris, one of the most important trade fairs in the global agri-food panorama, attended by over 7,000 exhibitors from 119 countries.
Reolì, which reached the finals together with companies of the calibre of Granarolo and Fabianelli, a company that has specialised in the production of pasta worldwide for more than 5 generations, convinced a jury made up of more than 200 national and international buyers to award it the prize for most innovative product, a prize in which 120 companies participated with more than 230 products.
A very important prize for the company, both as recognition of the innovation and high quality of its products, and in terms of visibility: the company's achievement was in fact published in Food magazine, a reference point for the Italian food community.
The news doesn't end here: the company has signed a partnership with Cast Alimenti, a prestigious cooking school founded by Iginio Massari, "the master of Italian pastry chefs", where over 6,000 chefs are trained every year.
The school participates every year in the world pastry championships and major players in the Italian food sector such as Orogel, Mutti, Ambrosi S.p.a. and Carpigiani make their products available to students, realizing theenormous potential in terms of visibility.
The agreement represents an important opportunity for Reolì to accelerate market penetration, especially in the Ho.Re.Ca segment, which has always been strategic for the company.
The results obtained by the company testify the great growth potential of the innovative process developed.
