In the last month MYGO has sent offers for over € 425,000 to potential customers including multinationals in the world of luxury, large-scale distribution, Serie A football clubs, leading law firms, large industrial companies and public bodies.
The company has also acquired new customers, including the Japanese NTT Data, a world leader in IT consultancy and services, operating in over 50 countries.
Another large company has therefore decided to use MYGO's innovative services, already chosen by multinationals such as Hyundai, Azimut-Bennetti, an important producer of luxury yachts, and Avio, a leader in aerospace propulsion.
"The My Governance system allows us to have greater speed and security in the management and traceability of documents related to privacy and GDPR, ensuring certainty and transparency. In fact, we decided to use it also for corporate communications," comments Dario Cavalli, Head of Industrial Relations at Avio.
Matteo Brambilla,Head of Legal and Data Protection (GDPR) and Compliance at Hyundai, comments on one of the services in MYGO's digital suite: "We evaluated several suppliers, but in the end we decided to implement the MyWhistleblowing tool, the integrated solution of the My Governance portal. This technology can support, if not drive, legal protection in the company."
My Whistleblowing is in fact one of the best-selling solutions among the various services in the My Governance digital suite. My Whistlelbowing offers an IT channel for reporting wrongdoing within companies (mandatory by law since January 2018 for companies with 231 Models).
MYGO in recent weeks has enhanced its offer by integrating two new solutions into the portal: My Invoices, which simplifies and speeds up the sending of electronic invoices in accordance with the law and My Academy, which designs and delivers e-learning and classroom training courses, simplifying their organization.
All of My Governance's innovative solutions make it possible to tangibly improve company efficiency and productivity, optimising employee workloads and streamlining costs: a company with 5 employees, for example, spends around €6,000 a year on document approvals alone for internal document activities managed in the traditional way, rising to around €90,000 for a company with 500 employees.
