LVenture Group Scuter

More than €65,000 in a month: this is the amount that Scuter, the startup led by Gianmarco Carnovale, has raised so far through equity crowdfunding on the Mamacrowd platform.

Among its supporters there is also LVenture Group, a holding company listed on the MTA that invests in digital startups, which has decided to participate in the offer by investing directly through our platform. LVenture Group invests in companies with high growth potential in the field of digital technologies: it currently has a portfolio of more than 40 startups, 6.7 million euros invested in startups at different stages of development.

Scuter is active in the field of mobility as a service thanks to the creation of an innovative three-wheeled electric vehicle equipped with a replaceable battery with a range of over 100 km, which can be driven without a helmet and with any type of license. Thanks to its technology, which we have dealt with in another post, Scuter promises to save time and money and at the same time protect the environment.

Two key factors that have helped Scuter come to the attention of large potential partners, as CEO Gianmarco Carnovale explained:

"Several large players, operating in the field of energy, finance and digital services, are understanding the degree of innovation brought by Scuter, which is far from being yet another sharing operator, but rather a platform capable of generating value for companies and individuals. We are in the process of finalizing agreements of various kinds with a number of large operators who intend to be part of this revolution, and who will help us to be even more effective and impactful in transforming urban mobility.”

A key factor also for the 10 new partners of the startup, whose collection has already reached 44% and will remain open until March 20.

The process is simple: after registering on Mamacrowd, in Scuter's profile from the "projects" page you can find the most important information and view the documents, such as the business plan, and choose how much to invest (and know the relative equity percentage).
Since Scuter is an innovative startup duly registered at the companies register, the investment gives the right to a 30% tax relief for both individuals and legal entities.
