Zappyrent is adigital platform for long-term home rentals, with a unique model in Europe: it finds the tenant, eliminates bureaucracy (you sign contract online), pays the rent to the owners every month, even if the tenant is late or has stopped paying.


How Zappyrent works:

  • estimates the market rent, does a 3D of the house and uses networks of independent consultants who show houses at any time to potential tenants. So it rents 2 times faster than traditional models
  • does tenant screening and manages the risk of arrears and delinquencies like a finance company
  • landlord and tenant sign lease online with1-click
  • anticipates rent to all landlords every month, on the 12th, even if the tenant has not paid

Customer needs

Currently a landlord who wants to put his property into income has only two options:

  1. do it yourself, which means a complex, lengthy and uncertain process. More than 60% of tenants skip or delay at least one rent during the life of their contract (SoloAffitti analysis).
  2. turn to a real estate agency In Europe, estate agencies are undersized (2 people on average per agency), focused on buying and selling and offer no guarantee on payment of found tenants.

The result is a huge and underserved market, which Zappyrent wants to change.


The innovative startup operates through the digital platform All the technology to manage the complex operations of managing visits, tenant screening and payments is fully developed in-house, representing a competitive advantage difficult to replicate




Zappyrent in the last 18 months has gone from around €0 to over €250k in monthly turnover, from 2 staff to over 30, with over 300 tenants currently inside a Zappyrent rented home.


On the Zappyrent campaign there is an optional Recruitment servicefree for the'Investor, as the costs are borne by Zappyrent.
