Zappyrent is adigital platform for long-term home rentals, with a unique model in Europe: it finds the tenant, eliminates bureaucracy (you sign contract online), pays the rent to the owners every month, even if the tenant is late or has stopped paying.

How Zappyrent works:

  • estimates the market rent, does a 3D of the house and uses networks of independent consultants who show houses at any time to potential tenants. So it rents 2 times faster than traditional models
  • does tenant screening and manages the risk of arrears and delinquencies like a finance company
  • landlord and tenant sign lease online with1-click
  • anticipates rent to all landlords every month, on the 12th, even if the tenant has not paid

Customer needs

Currently a landlord who wants to put his property into income has only two options:
