Project

Covid has literally made online sales explode, especially those on marketplaces (Amazon, Zalando, eBay, etc.), where 9 out of 10 users are now shopping.

And the brands? Are they ready to sell on these sites?

What is certain is that these platforms are less and less willing to buy from brands and then resell to customers ( wholesale model). The strategy of marketplaces is to push companies to sell directly to the final consumer(Direct-to-Consumer); but 8 out of 10 are not ready.

With the wholesale model, brands used to negotiate with a small number of distributors. They processed few large orders. Now they have to organize themselves to deliver even the smallest of packages. They have to understand the mechanics of each marketplace, decide where to allocate products, deal with shipping and returns, create multi-language digital catalogs, optimize margins, manage tax and accounting issues, and provide customer support, all over the world, every day, 24 hours a day.

Most companies don' t have the skills, resources and technology to do this.

Product and Technology

Thanks to YOCABÈ's integratedtechnological and logistical infrastructure , any company can sell on marketplaces easily, with minimal investment and through a single integration.

YOCABÈ's technological infrastructure consists of:

  1. Smart Catalogue: to create multi-language digital catalogs, in line with the standards of each platform.
  2. Smart Pricing: algorithms intercept the best selling price at a given moment, taking into account the indications of brand partners, shipping and return costs, and competition.
  3. Smart Logistics: to optimize the allocation of products across multiple warehouses (including stores and marketplace logistics) and minimize costs and shipping times
  4. Smart Synching: to synchronize quantities and update content across multiple platforms
  5. CustomerService: to harmoniously manage customer requests from multiple marketplaces

While thelogistics infrastructure consists of:

  1. Logistics network, which includes national and international logistics centres, brand partner warehouses and marketplace logistics centres
  2. National and international couriers, carefully selected to meet the standards of each platform and reduce shipping costs and returns
