In a digital age where more than 50 percent of SMEs still do not have a website and less than 10 percent implement effective social media marketing strategies (source: We are Social, 2022), Wikipoint, an innovative B2B2C platform that realizes the 3D Solidarity Social Network, is born. The mission is to enable the creation of a new channel of digital presence by faithfully reconstructing iconic real-world locations (New York, Paris, Rome, Milan and many others) and allowing anyone to have their own virtual office or store within them. With an affordable monthly investment of only €49, Wikipoint offers SMEs the opportunity to explore new horizons of online presence.
In the platform, SMEs find an effective way to manage the fundamental issues that are part of a Digital Marketing strategy, such as visibility to users, creation of new contacts (lead generation) and online sales. A comprehensive suite of tools that can be used both inside and outside the virtual 3D world.
For users, Wikipoint represents an innovative digital experience that can transcend the simple feeds of video, images and text that characterize traditional Social Networks. Wikipoint City is a space where users can explore, connect and promote meaningful real-world causes by accumulating points through a loyalty system. With the opening of the San Siro Green District, Wikipoint aims to provide 10,000 users with a virtual apartment to exhibit content and dialogue with followers, forming a dynamic community of influencers, artists and supporters of social causes.
In the first round conducted last year on Mamacrowd's portal, Wikipoint raised €672k with 309 different investors, reaching840% of the minimum goal.
It also closed its first two fiscal years with profit generation, increased revenue by 95%, and launched 6 different digital cities, enabling the first 30 customers to have their own virtual store or office.
The Wikipoint 3D Factory based in Karachi, Pakistan, was inaugurated, where the team of 3D artists who make the models of the digital cities is located.
With the support in this round, there is a goal in the next three years to open 50 digital cities capable of hosting up to 5,000 customers, achieving an EBITDA of more than 80 percent and laying the foundation to become a true Social Network, raising the interest of industry giants.
Investing in Wikipoint means entering a market with immense potential, supporting the digital transformation of SMEs and promoting real-world social engagement initiatives.
Tax benefits of 30 percent apply on Wikipoint 2 .
Wikipoint 2 reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in case of exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.
On the campaign is available the optional Rubrication free of charge for the Investor as the costs are borne by Wikipoint.
