Vipresent is an innovative startup founded in 2020 by a team of four entrepreneurs that has revolutionized the way fans interact with celebrities in Italy: a platform that allows fans to purchase a personalized video message recorded by a celebrity and participate in a live video call with their idol.

The mission is to bring people closer to their idols, to innovate the relational experience between VIPs and fans, defining a new and more direct way in which people can interact with their favorites.

Launched on the market in September 2020 with only 7 available VIPs, Vipresent quickly expanded its offerings. In just over two years, Vipresent has grown and consolidated its position significantly in the Italian market:

• to date, Vipresent boasts a network of celebrities, managers and agencies in the industry, exceeding 450 registered talents, from different realities such as show business, music, sports, social networks (active partnership with 3 agencies and 12 managers).
• introduced a range of extra services that help increase marginality (60% of orders include at least one extra service).
• opened a new B2B business line, which allows small businesses to quickly and easily access advertising services offered by celebrities.

The B2B channel immediately showed growth prospects, filling a gap in the market.

To date, the B2B channel has 80 successfully concluded business partnerships with an average ticket of 2.3k€ (+24% 2023 vs 2022).

Through these initiatives, Vipresent has managed to satisfy more than 3000 customers (17% of which are recurring), managing to reach a turnover of 87k€ in 2023, with a CAGR ('20-'23) of 193%, with more than 3500 video dedications delivered (almost half of which were delivered within one day), representing an organic growth in the number of orders between 2021 and 2023 of +125%.

Goal 2028: deliver more than 100,000 personalized video messages.

Vipresent reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
