Abstract

Urbaniqa - Via Brenta Milan is an investment opportunity that offers an annual return of up to 15 percent on the amount invested, with an estimated term of 36 months. The investment is made through the underwriting of capital shares of the special purpose vehicle Setha Brenta S.r.l., which already owns the property located in the inner courtyard and is the promissory purchaser, by virtue of a preliminary purchase agreement, of the street-front property, and which will handle every aspect of the real estate development. The architectural design was created by OBR Studio, Renzo Piano's School. Marketing is entrusted to Compagnia Immobiliare Italiana, partner Coldwell Banker, a leading real estate brokerage firm in Milan.

Exit from the transaction will occur upon sale of all real estate units and collection of estimated proceeds. The developer will liquidate the invested capital and the percentage of profits due. The return will accrue from the time of the closing of the capital increase until the resolution to liquidate the company.
