The Longevity Suite is an innovative start-up that has developed a Method of Anti-Age Medicine whose protocols are implemented in the Network of The Longevity Suite® Brand Centers , with Luxury positioning and located in the main Italian cities.

The Business Model is based on the creation of Direct Centers, where the revenues are generated by the sale of products and services to the final client, and a Franchising Network of affiliates, where the revenues are generated by the sale of Technologies, Products and Revenues from the Affiliates.

In just 18 months of activity we have opened 6 direct centers (4 in Milan, one in Rome and one in Costa Smeralda) and 4 Franchising affiliated centers, reaching over 4,500 satisfied customers.

By the end of 2020 we plan to open another 4 franchised stores with a forecasted turnover of over € 1.600.000 and an already positive EBITDA.

The Longevity method is the result of more than 20 years of research by the Team of Dr. Massimo Gualerzi, a nationally renowned anti-aging cardiologist and author of numerous publications and books on health.

Cold and Detox are the heart of the Antiage programmes of The Longevity Suite® centres which, by working on the reduction of inflammation, allow to effectively slow down the ageing process.

The objective is to create the largest Italian Brand in the Antiage market through a consolidated format that is easily internationalized, but unique in the Retail market thanks to the combination of medical expertise, avant-garde aesthetic technologies, specific manual treatments, nutritional Detox products and high tech Cosmeceuticals , within a Luxury Design concept.

The presence in the most promising and profitable markets of the moment(Antiage, Wellness, Beauty, Cryotherapy), the speed with which it is possible to enlarge the number of points of sale, the international scalability and its Luxury/Design positioning make it a business with a very high probability of exit.

Longevity srl also holds 100% of Future Farm srl, an innovative start-up that produces and markets Detox Smoothies and Health Food sold in The Longevity Suite centres and with the Dr Farmer brand in the Ho.re.ca premium channel.
