STS Insulations is an engineering company that develops, patents and manufactures cutting-edge sound insulation solutions. The team of engineers with expertise in the field of physics and noise control has developed "SH Pod," a sound-absorbing shell for outdoor motors of air conditioners and heat pumps that dramatically reduces noise and protects against atmospheric wear and tear without compromising operation. This strategic product fits into a market that has 70 million units installed in Europe and is estimated to grow to 100 million units in a very few years (Source: European Heat Pump Association - EHPA), on the back of the European Community's impetus to replace gas boilers with heat pump systems.

STS Isolamenti brings with it an entrepreneurial history born in 1978 by Roberto Cellerino, gaining deep experience in thermal and acoustic soundproofing. In 2007, his son Giorgio, a physical engineer, joined the company, and in 2009 he transformed the company from a family-owned "sole proprietorship" to an "S.r.l." and has held the position of CEO since 2015. From here on, with Giorgio's strategic vision and focus on business, STS Isolamenti begins a path of growth and transformation to the company it is today, an Innovative SME with important clients such as Amazon, Virgin Active and Luxottica, a turnover of almost 2mln€ (compared to 330k€ in 2010), 4 patents filed and a new product to offer on the market. Compared to the previous, more traditional business model, when the company offered only taylor-made services, as of today STS is also ready to offer its clients a finished product without the need for "commissioning," with a more streamlined and scalable business model.

On STS Isolamenti, the applicability of tax benefits depends on certain conditions that can be verified only at the end of the campaign (more information within the pitch).

STS Isolamenti reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in case of exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
