Rewop srl is an Italian player in the optical sector with two different souls. Through RWP Talent Hub it is a creative hub aimed at 360 degrees on the world of eyewear. In just 60 days, RWP Talent Hub makes available to fashion houses and emerging brands the professional skills of young talents from the best fashion and design universities, specialised in the design, prototyping and production of eyewear. In just one year, new collections were produced for 12 brands from all over the world. The Hub wants to innovate and open up the eyewear production market, which for years has been static, closed and follows traditional dynamics, due to the presence of a few large players.

Rewop srl is however also abrand of eyewear: Rewop Milano which has conquered the Italian market, mainly in retail clothing, following clear strategies of positioning the fashion sector more than eyewear and coming to be sold in the best showcases of the fashion industry. Online and offline coexist perfectly together, guaranteeing really important margins. Rewop Milano has reached 198 Resellers in 7 different countries around the world, while online affects about 30% of the turnover.

From 2016 to 2020 Rewop srl has produced 12,700 glasses. In just 6 months of 2021, production increased by 40% compared to the previous 4 years added together, bringing RWP Talent Hub's turnover for the last six months to grow by +400%.

The goal of Rewop srl is to digitalize and improve the mechanisms of the old world of eyewear. It will focus on the internationalization of the portfolio, the'purchase of new technological machinery and the'increase of a specialized team focused on research and development.
