ResidenzaViridis is a real estate project of Residenza Viridis s.r.l. aimed at converting an industrial building into a residential complex, with the construction of 15 modern-designed homes.

The real estate investment opportunity offers an annual return of up to 14 percent with an estimated transaction duration of 24 months. Managing the bureaucratic, construction site and sales aspects will be the special purpose vehicle Residenza Viridis S.r.l.

The project is located in the heart of Parabiago, a municipality in the Metropolitan City of Milan, on Via Cardinal Ferrari, overlooking the park of the historic Villa Corvini.

Promoter H Milano is a company specializing in real estate development and redevelopment, with a focus on the Milanese hinterland. Thanks to a team of experts and partners, it has already carried out successful operations of similar size in Parabiago, Rho and San Vittore Olona.

The investment in "Residenza Viridis" offers investors the right to preferential liquidation, which allows them to be repaid first compared to the Promoter. The maximum total expected ROI of the project is 28% over 24 months. If the estimated duration is exceeded, the total ROI will increase while keeping the annual return constant, which will be calculated pro tempore.
