Rentopolis is a property management company: it manages valuable properties and facilities for short term rentals for tourism and business throughout Italy and abroad.
The strong technological imprint of the company allows it to offer guests a complete and satisfying experience and to provide 360-degree support to homeowners and operators in all activities related to the management of properties for short term rentals.
To date, Rentopolis manages a portfolio of over 350 prestigious housing solutions, present in the most renowned tourist locations in Italy and abroad. In 2018 more than 1M euros were transacted on the platform and it is expected to close 2018 with a turnover of 570 thousand euros.
The team is composed of experts in the legal, real estate and tax fields.
Stefano Bettanin, founder and CEO of Rentopolis, has established the Property Managers Association Italy, of which he is also President, which is an important reference point in the short term rentals sector.
