Quickfisco is an innovative startup operating in the tax and accounting sector with the aim of supporting VAT holders in managing their taxation and tax intermediaries in the digital transition currently taking place in the sector.
It offers an "ALL-IN-ONE" solution with an annual subscription to manage every accounting and tax aspect of VAT holders who decide to rely on Quickfisco's digital service.

With the support of qualified consultants and digital tools such as electronic invoicing and tax forecasting, developed to make VAT management activities intuitive and simple, Quickfisco succeeds in promoting an innovative and quality service at a competitive price that is accessible to all individuals with VAT registration.
The need being addressed is clear: VAT-registered individuals increasingly seek digital accounting and tax management services that can generate value at a reasonable price. To date, on the other hand, the offer provided by traditional tax intermediaries is typically "analog," based on standard services and with prices considered uncompetitive. Quickfisco's digital solution was created precisely to bridge this mismatch between supply and demand.
In addition, Quickfisco's products will also be usable by traditional tax intermediaries who need digital solutions to manage their clients.
The business model used is sustainable and scalable as it applies the Human-Technology pair: on the one hand, human input guarantees and certifies the quality of the professional service; on the other hand , ordinary and recurring tax activities are best managed through the use of technologies to automate the main processes (Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence).
To date, the company has 252 active clients with a growth in the last year of its user base of 600%. Compared to the previous year, in the first months of 2023, the increase in No. of Leads is 809% with a conversion rate of about 30%. Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is growing month on month, standing at 10k€ (VAT included).
Quickfisco is also an authorized intermediary for access to the Entratel telematics service of the Internal Revenue Service.
