Pharmercure is an innovative startup from Turin, launched in 2018 by a team of young talents, included by Forbes in the 2021 list of the 100 Under-30 Leaders of the Future.

It is one of the very few realities in Europe able to bring individual pharmacies online, enhancing their professionalism and expertise, and to offer users amarketplace experience for any product that can be purchased in a pharmacy, including prescription drugs.

A digital and physical connection bridge between pharmacists and their customers, thanks to a fast, structured and high quality"door-to-door" delivery service, using selected and labour-protected couriers.

Pharmercure brings the products of their favourite pharmacies to citizens' homes, together with the professionalism of their trusted pharmacists.

Customer needs

The service is aimed, on the one hand, at all those customers who need medication, or even just professional advice, but are unable to go to the pharmacy due to mobility problems, lack of available time or simple inconvenience.

On the other hand, it supports pharmacy owners by placing the professionalism of the pharmacist at the centre of the process, to make it evolve thanks to digital technologies, but defending it from the logic and possible threats of large-scale distribution and destructive competition.


In a market where it is forbidden to sell prescription drugs online, Pharmercure has changed the paradigm with its technological platform , connecting pharmacies and users and enhancing the role of the pharmacist, making him central in the whole process.

A complex study of regulations, the application of proprietary technologies and the construction of solid operations allow Pharmercure to manage the online booking of any product that can be purchased in a pharmacy, including prescription drugs, and the related delivery.

Customer and traction

Over the past three years, Pharmercure has experienced significant growth, raising over €1 million in funding from institutional, private and public capital.

In 2020 it has quintupled all the main business metrics, exceeding 30,000 deliveries and reaching 1 million Euros in Gross Merchandise Value.

The service is currently active in 15 Italian provinces with 90 pharmacies on the territory, for a total coverage of over 8 million people, boasting partnerships with major players in the sector.

On the Pharmercure campaign is active the Massive Rubrication service. The service is free for the Investor as the costs are borne by Pharmercure.
