Pariter Robotics is an operating holding company that aims to support the growth of start-ups and university spin-offs in robotics, automation and mechatronics.

Pariter Robotics is a project promoted by Pariter Partners, whose team has a proven track record in tech transfer and investment. Among its activities, it coordinates and supports the RoboIT technology transfer hub, promoted by CDP VC in collaboration with Pariter Partners with the involvement of important Italian centers of excellence in Research such as the Italian Institute of Technology, the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna of Pisa, the University of Naples Federico II and the University of Verona.

Italy is second only to Germany in the European robotics market, and Pariter Robotics has the advantage of access to a network of excellence with projects selected and validated by the best research centers.

The company plans this capital raising to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the robotics market, with the aim of expanding the portfolio of holdings, currently 7, and to create value through consulting services suitable to enable the growth of the revenues of the investee companies, also in view of their potential sale on the market.

Pariter Robotics reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit compared to the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
