Orapesce is the digital platform for buying fresh fish from our seas, conceived in 2018 by Giacomo Bedetti in an Executive class at Politecnico di Milano to meet the needs of the digital consumer.
Thanks to a streamlined operational model, it guarantees: efficient service with home delivery of already cleaned fish, short supply chain (from the fisherman to your home), reduction of information asymmetries (information just a click away) and food safety (traceability and temperature monitoring, quality assurance).
Orapesce is the solution that allows families to live a healthy, easy and complete culinary experience, integrating the initial fresh fish offer with international fish specialties.

After only 2 years since its establishment, Orapesce has served 4,500 customers (with almost 13,000 deliveries), involved more than 20,000 followers on the main social media and reached a peak traffic on its ecommerce of 90,000 monthly sessions.
