Nerazzurra Media is an innovative startup with a warm fan soul that leverages digital to broadcast live, podcasts, videos, information, events, to entertain and aggregate the Nerazzurra community, made up of more than 55 million Interisti worldwide and 5 million in Italy (source Zeelo portal).
Radio Nerazzurra was born with a precise mission: to be the voice of Inter fans. Founded by Lapo De Carlo, together with Triboo (a company listed on Euronext Milan, it supports clients in the creation and management of digital activities at a global level), it has quickly established itself as a point of reference for fans, also thanks to the collaboration with specialized newspapers such as Linterista, SpazioInter, Fcinternews and FcInter1908, Radio Nerazzurra has become the privileged channel to stay up-to-date on the team's happenings.
In December 2023, the publishing initiative had the natural need for a change of strategy, also changing the corporate structure and adding new partners. Lapo De Carlo, determined to continue the project in a different guise than how it had been conceived, decided to take over the station together with Massimo Colombo, former general manager of Sole 24 Ore (Triboo remains an 8 percent partner).
The duo put forth an ambitious relaunch plan, aiming to preserve the radio station's legacy and ensure that it remains a pillar for the community of Inter fans.
With this change of ownership, Radio Nerazzurra looks to the future with new perspectives, increasing its offerings, adding services, and continuing to represent the passion and enthusiasm of Inter fans, true to its claim: "Love it, Follow it, Feel it!"
One of Radio Nerazzurra's strengths is live broadcasts every day, and coverage of every Inter match with pre and post-match, with links, guests and the always fixed presence of fans/listeners on the air.
In addition, community involvement is at the heart of the business model, which includes monetization through advertising, sponsorships and events, allowing for sustainable revenue generation and rapid growth.
Through the crowdfunding campaign, Nerazzurra Media aims to raise funds for:
- Investments in marketing and communication
- Strengthening the editorial staff with key opinion leaders and guests and the possibility of purchasing rights for exclusive content
- Strengthening the commercial structure to monetize the increased growth.
In addition, after a first year of consolidation:
- Expanding the scope to connected TV
- Evaluating broadcasting also fm and DAB local and international
- Rewarding the Team upon reaching the economic goals of the plan.
On Nerazzurra Media , 30% tax breaks apply.
Nerazzurra Media reserves the right of "liquidation preference" to all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in case of exit than the other shareholders of the company (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
