Milan - Valbrona is a real estate project of the company Gibeon Partners, which involves the change of use and renovation of part of a building for laboratory use in North Milan to obtain 11 homes of modern design.
The real estate investment opportunity offers a annual return of up to 15 percent with an estimated duration of the'transaction of12 months. Handling the bureaucratic, site and sales aspects will be the special purpose vehicle Valbrona S.r.l.
Investing in "Valbrona S.r.l." offers the advantage of preferential liquidation, i.e., the right for investors who join the equity crowdfunding campaign to be repaid first compared to the Promoter. The total maximum ROI of the project is15% over 12 months. If the expected duration is exceeded, the total ROI will increase while keeping the annual return constant, which will be calculated pro tempore. The promoter reserves the right to extinguish early from the 6th month in case of sale of the units.
Milano - Valbrona reserves the right of "liquidation preference" to all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in case of exit than the other shareholders of the company (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.
