Project

Kippy is an innovative SME that develops Customer IOT devices able to locate your pet, monitor its daily activities and understand its needs in real time. At this moment in the world there are only 4 companies that produce pet trackers comparable to Kippy.
But Kippy is not just a simple pet tracker: thanks to the most advanced localization technologies, and proprietary algorithms, it also allows you to receive real-time advice on how to improve the health of your dog or cat based on its actual needs and its behavior tracked with the activity monitor.

As an exception, Kippy has decided to reserve the right of liquidation preference to all categories of shares offered on the portal. Therefore, in the event of a liquidation event (e.g. exit), the proceeds will be prioritized among the shareholders who have subscribed to the Kippy's shares issued in relation to the capital increase object of the offer on Mamacrowd.
All conditions are published in the articles of association in the "Documents" section related to the Offer.

The information on the offer is not subject to approval by Consob. The Offering company is solely responsible for the completeness and truthfulness of the data and information provided by the latter. The investor's attention is also drawn to the fact that the investment, even indirect, through OICR or companies that invest mainly in financial instruments issued by innovative startups and SMEs is illiquid and characterised by a very high risk.
