Homeero Building is an innovative and versatile platform for the management of maintenance dedicated to condominiums, retail, franchising and shopping centers, which combines a simple innovation, within everyone's reach, with the effective provision of maintenance service.

In Italy alone, 1 million condominiums and 650,000 shops (60,000 in franchising) constantly need maintenance and are looking for innovative solutions.

A few months after its establishment, Homeero Building is already active and has a turnover in constant growth trend. The first agreement has been closed with 60 maintenance companies throughout Italy (consolidated realities that operate as resellers at their customers - condominiums and retail), allowing to become active in 14 provinces and in large cities such as Rome, Turin, Bologna and Ravenna, acquiring over 85 customers.

The team is highly qualified and experienced in the maintenance sector in its technical, regulatory, organizational and commercial aspects, and has experience in technological innovation and in the structuring and acceleration of startups.
