Abstract

Friland was born from the shared dream of Luca Ricchi and Gabriele Venier to transform the way people live and interact with nature. Luca, with a deep knowledge of the tourism industry, and Gabriele, an IT technology expert, have combined their skills to build a company that offers extraordinary experiences in breathtaking natural environments. Their mission is to offer a calming retreat away from the hectic pace of urban life, allowing authentic contact with the environment.

The company is positioned in the growing wellness tourism sector, currently valued at €3.2 billion in Italy (source: Global Wellness Institute), with a projected global growth rate of 10.2 percent between 2025 and 2028. Friland, with 14 operating units in different Italian regions such as Liguria, Lombardy, Friuli and Veneto, uses an advanced technological infrastructure that facilitates expansion and ensures a high level of service and hospitality.

With a steady increase in revenues, Friland is well positioned to expand its offerings in the immersive hospitality market. Friland has already raised €530k in financial resources from business angels and strategic partners such as Lifegate and Zest, demonstrating investors' confidence in its growth potential.

Tax benefits of 30% apply on Friland.

On the campaign is available, for individuals, the optional service of Free Rubrication for the Investor as the costs are borne by Friland.

Friland reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign. Investors will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference stated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.

This is a marketing communication. Equity crowdfunding investments are high-risk and could result in total or partial loss of invested capital. Please read the sheet containing key investment information before joining.
