Founded by brothers Andrea, Giorgio and Marco Vecchiola, who come from a family with over 80 years of experience in footwear, FESSURA has created a brand that impeccably combines style and functionality, offering an ideal fusion of SPORT and FASHIONThe brand has experienced exponential growth and continues to press on the accelerator with patented technologies such as CHANGE®, SOCKS® and SLOT®, which give rise to innovative products suitable for a wide target clientele. FESSURA is a prime example of how a brand can project itself to a global market, thanks to business acumen and a production strategy based on "Design in Italy, Made in China," which enables significant international scalability.In the past year, FESSURA has sold more than 150,000 pairs of sneakers and established a robust distribution network with 190 retail stores, 13 distributors, 2 monobrand stores, and 2 e-commerce platforms: slit.com and slit.us. The company has also forged strategic partnerships with giants such as PEPSI and Twinset, expanding its presence and strengthening its branding on a global scale.This third campaign on Mamacrowd marks another decisive step in the company's growth trajectory. After the success of the previous rounds, which enabled it to achieve these results, FESSURA now aims to expand both its product range with new performance lines that will use the new patented cushioning systems, and its retail footprint with single-brand stores, starting with the opening of the Flagship Store in Milan, an ideal showcase to increase the brand's popularity and accelerate its international expansion.
Tax breaks of 30 percent apply on Fessura 3.
The Fessura 3 campaign is being conducted through a capital increase involving both Fessura Italia S.r.l. (the "Target" company) and a vehicle called Fessura Invest S.r.l. [SPV] (the "Vehicle" or "SPV" company ). More information in the round section.
Fessura 3 reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign. Therefore, investors will be reimbursed in the following order : firstly, "A" unit holders, secondly, "B", "C", "F" unit holders (as indicated in the bylaws)
