Cyber Evolution was founded in 2018 with the goal of revolutionizing the world of cyber security with its patented technology, LECS. The company is inspired by the security standards of the military and aerospace industries, with the intention of offering solutions that have hitherto been inaccessible to a very wide audience.
LECS is an AI-based technology and beyond, designed to integrate easily into any network, providing advanced data and infrastructure protection at a very competitive cost. This winning combination has enabled the company to grow rapidly: between 2021 and 2024, revenues have more than doubled from €220k in 2021 to over €500k during 2024. Moreover, the technology to date is used in 12 countries and has also been adopted by companies and multinationals working in critical industries.
Cyber Evolution's B2B business model, based on the sale of recurring devices and software licenses, ensures consistent and scalable revenues, supporting international expansion. While starting from a small town like Ascoli, the company has been able to gain a prominent position in the cyber security landscape, maintaining strong ties with the local area and collaborating with universities and key players to cultivate the talents of the future.
Cyber Evolution has a clear mission: to make cyber security tangible and accessible, offering a solution that not only protects, but revolutionizes the very concept of cyber security.
30% tax breaks apply on Cyber Evolution
Cyber Evolution's campaign is being conducted through a capital increase involving both Cyber Evolution S.r.l. (the "Target" company) and a newly established vehicle called CYE Crowd S.r.l. [SPV] (the "Vehicle" or "SPV" company). More information in the round section.
The maximum limit for raising investments that fall under the SPV is €250,000. If this target is exceeded, further investments may be rejected due to overfunding.

- firstly in favor of the subscribers of AA Units;
- secondly in favor of the subscribers of B Units;
- thirdly in favor of the subscribers of A Units. Investors are invited to consult Article 30 of the Articles of Association for further details on the Right
