Le Cirque Top Performers

Le Cirque Top Performers is a contemporary circus company founded in 2015 by Gianpiero Garelli, Alessandro Garelli, Stefano di Santo and Andrea Tonini. Based in Cuneo, the company has distinguished itself in the entertainment industry by offering animal-free shows, becoming a staple of nouveau cirque. With three touring shows and more than 350,000 spectators in 315 performances during 67 weeks, Le Cirque Top Performers has revolutionized the traditional concept of circus, offering the world's Top Performers together for the first time and winning over a wide audience.

Le Cirque Top Perform ers reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit over the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference stated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.

On the campaign is available the optional Rubrication free of charge for the Investor as the costs are borne by Le Cirque Top Performers.
