Through collaboration with selected chefs and nutritionists, Blue Taste has created an innovative cuisine that mixes the most modern techniques with the latest medical studies to compose healthy dishes with above-average nutritional values.
Already 1/3 of Italians are convinced that food is a vehicle for wellness and in fact Healthy Food is no longer a niche market but a fast-growing sector driven by the evolution of consumers and their increased awareness.
Blue Taste has responded to this need by building a new format in the Italian market that goes beyond the traditional idea of healthy food, to date concentrated mainly in pokeries and salad bars, thanks to a "More than food" concept that includes an offer of healthy products for every moment of the day for both B2B and B2C channels conveyed in physical stores and also online with innovative services.
In the first exercise, a store was opened in downtown Milan and two in franchising (through a 50% owned company), serving more than 10,000 customers, generating revenues of more than €100,000 and consolidating excellent results in terms of quality with 95% positive reviews on the main delivery platforms.
In recent years, healthy meal offerings have grown a lot, driven by delivery and post Covid consumption habits, and have been concentrated in recurring formats based on freshly assembled ingredients, long shelf life, and inexpensive raw materials.
