BEPI Dispenser

The genesis of BEPI was inspired by the need to address deficiencies in the Italian nursing system by identifying an automated solution to improve efficiency in drug administration. The project was born from the vision of Marco Scardino, head of anesthesia, supported by an experienced team eager to introduce innovations in healthcare. According to recent studies[1], about one in four patients suffers an adverse event during their hospitalization, and almost half of these are due to errors in drug administration. In Italy, in 2023, out of more than 7 million hospitalizations, an estimated 700,000 potentially preventable errors occurred. In an ideal system, one nurse cares for 6 patients; unfortunately, severe staffing shortages often lead to managing more than twice as many, which generates delays, errors, and complications.

The BEPI Dispenser campaign is being conducted through a capital increase involving both BEPI Dispenser S.r.l. (the "Target" company) and a newly formed vehicle called BEPI Crowd S.r.l. [SPV] (the "Vehicle" or "SPV" company ). More information in the round section.

On the BEPI Dispenser campaign, the optional Rubrication service is available for individuals for a fee.

On BEPI Dispenser, the 30% tax break applies.

BEPI Disp enser reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign. Investors will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference stated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.
