Birrificio Agricolo Baladin, founded in Piedmont, in the village of Piozzo, overlooking the Langhe, in 1996 by Teo Musso, has become a worldwide symbol of craft beer excellence.
A unique, innovative vision focused on producing beers with balanced aromas and flavors to pair with food and offer to the restaurant channel, employing high standards of quality and environmental sustainability.
Iconic, Nazionale, the first 100% Italian beer launched in 2011, a symbol of Baladin's commitment to enhancing the Italian agricultural supply chain.
In 2022, Baladin achieved a production of 25,850 hectoliters, turnover of €16,050,000 with EBITDA of 20 percent . A growth rate above the industry average (Data: iMARC, Assobirra, Eurostat) and presence in 47 countries. An omnichannel strategy with a B2B network of about 3,000 retailers and an active eCommerce that has served, to date, 24,000 customers.
The company has two state-of-the-art production facilities, Baladin in Piedmont and Open Hub in Lombardy.
Baladin's future is outlined by three strategic goals:
Goals 2028: 100,000 hectoliters of beer (produced in the two plants) and a turnover of 50 million euros.

Baladin reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit compared to the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
