The collection has reached € 124 thousand of adhesions.


The first company is Romeloft: with more than 150 properties managed in the center of the capital of Italy and 20 thousand overnight stays registered, it is therecognized leader in the Capitoline market of short tourist rentals.
The second is Soprano Villas, a company of reference for international tourism in Italy, with over 370 properties throughout Italy and a portfolio of more than 10 thousand clients.
The value of the assets managed by the two companies, both controlled by the young entrepreneur Lorenzo Baccin, exceeds 700 million euro.

The two companies, with a strong position in the short term rentals market, and The Grand House, with a solid experience and specific know-how in the luxury target, join forces to impose themselves with greater strength on the Italian tourism market, proposing a complete offer able to cover all segments of this market.
