EQUITY CROWDFUNDING
STARTUP ITALIANE
FT1000
Every year the Financial Times, in collaboration with Statista, publishes the FT1000: Europe' s Fastest Growing Companies, one of the most authoritative rankings in Europe. The study rewards companies with the highest rate of revenue growth between 2019 and 2022, taking into account hundreds of thousands of companies across the continent.
To be included in the FT1000, companies must be based in Europe, be independent (not branches or subsidiaries), and have generated at least 100,000 euros in revenue in 2019 and 1.5 million in 2022. The selection is made through in-depth analysis and data verification by Statista.
In the 2025 edition, seven companies that raised capital on Mamacrowd made the prestigious list. An extraordinary result that testifies to the quality of the Italian equity crowdfunding ecosystem and the value of the projects selected by our platform.
Radical Storage
Leading on-demand luggage storage platform, active in over a thousand cities in 70 countries. Radical Storage has transformed a traditional service into a global tech product, targeting travelers around the world. Instead of adopting a capital intensive model of its own storage facilities, it built a distributed storage network in partnership with local businesses.
Radical Storage closed a $7 million Series A round, of which more than $2 million was raised through Mamacrowd's equity crowdfunding platform, with the participation of more than 100 investors, including Azimut with the ALIcrowd fund and Vertis.
Sikuro

Sikuro ran an equity crowdfunding campaign on Mamacrowd in 2023, raising €1.1 million from retail investors and the ALIcrowd fund. The company has developed digital solutions for construction site safety management and currently has more than 1,000 active construction sites, with significant expansion in central and northern Italy in the industrial and infrastructure construction sector.

Ciocomiti has just concluded a major campaign on Mamacrowd, totaling 2.3 million euros in funding.
Switcho

Switcho conducted an equity crowdfunding campaign on Mamacrowd in 2021, raising 1.9 million euros, which also included participation by Azimut Libera Impresa with the ALIcrowd I sub-fund. In 2024, the company was acquired by Mavriq (Online Mortgage Group) with the aim of integrating its service into the group's telco and insurance customer base.

We are pleased to have flanked these companies in their early stages, supporting them on the path of raising capital and contributing - in our role - to their development. Their presence in the FT1000 ranking highlights how, even after the campaign, these realities have continued to grow at significant rates.
In some cases, like Switcho, this path has already led to an exit, generating a return for investors. Others continue to grow, with the goal of further consolidation or reaching a liquidity event in the future.
