Recently, it has signed a new agreement with the multinational Liquigas for the creation of a new version of Kiui, which will be presented in the coming months. The continuity of the relationship with one of the most important international energy companies consolidates Midori's ability to innovate the Smart Home market applied to the energy sector.
The company has long been able to count on important collaborations with major Italian and international players such as RePower, Iren and Evolvere who have chosen to adopt its first product, Kiui, the first online platform for the analysis of electricity consumption in the home and designed for the digital systems of electricity and gas supply companies.
In July Ned, the company's flagship technology, was selected for a project in collaboration with the Alta Scuola Politecnica for the creation of an innovative platform of data analytics and data mining able to extract advanced profiling information with which to design new services for companies and citizens. The project aims to satisfy the growing demand from energy supply companies for quality data through which to develop new business models and Midori, the first company in Italy able to create large datasets of very high qualityplays a strategic role in this collaboration.
These collaborations represent a great opportunity for the company to accelerate its growth and reach its goal faster: to revolutionize the Smart Home market, a market that in 2017 came to be worth 250 million and that at European level will reach 15 billion of euros by 2020.
Thanks to a team with 20 years of experience in research and development of advanced algorithms, Midori is able to develop innovative solutions capable of intercepting energy waste, which in Italy alone generates a value of 4 billion of euro.
