Azimut together with Mamacrowd for the best innovative startups and SMEs
Mamacrowd presents the call for action for innovative startups and SMEs that will have access to ALIcrowd, the first venture capital fund dedicated to equity crowdfunding in support of innovative companies. Set up by Azimut Investments SA and managed by Azimut Libera Impresa SGR SpA, the fund has an endowment of 25 million euros and will be able to support the crowd with a minimum co-investment of 500,000 euros in each selected company.
Who can access the selection of the Fund?
Innovative startups and SMEs based in Italy that have a proven business model and are ready to scale. It is possible to apply until the end of September 2021.
How does it work?
The call for action "Mama Fund & Crowd" will allow ALIcrowd to identify target companies that meet the criteria and investment policy of the fund. It's very simple: fill in the application form that we will collect and send to ALIcrowd for evaluation by the Azimut Libera Impresa team. You will receive a feedback from Mamacrowd in a short time.

the crowdfunding services provided by Mamacrowd do not fall under the deposit guarantee scheme established in accordance with Directive 2014/49/EU; the securities and instruments eligible for crowdfunding that can be acquired through this crowdfunding platform do not fall under the investor compensation scheme established in accordance with Directive 97/9/EC.
