Azimut renews support for Italian innovation with ALIcrowd III

Also this year, innovative startups and SMEs will be able to participate in the third edition of the Mama Fund&Crowd call for action and thus gain access to AZIMUT ELTIF - Venture Capital ALIcrowd III (hereinafter "ALIcrowd III" or "the Fund").

After the success of AZ ELTIF - ALIcrowd and AZ ELTIF - VENTURE CAPITAL - ALICROWD II, Azimut Group renews its commitment to Italian innovation with ALIcrowd III, the venture capital product dedicated to equity crowdfunding in support of innovative Made in Italy companies. More than 45 innovative startups and SMEs, active in a relevant number of sectors, from proptech to insuretech, from fintech to the mobility sector, have been financed since 2021.

ALIcrowd III will be managed by Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A. and has an endowment of 40 million euros, 5 million more than in 2022.

Startups and innovative SMEs based in Italy that have a proven business model and are ready to scale.

How it works

The Mama Fund&Crowd call for action will allow ALIcrowd III to identify target companies that meet the fund's criteria and investment policy. It's very simple: fill out the application form, which we will collect and send to ALIcrowd III for evaluation by the team at Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A., manager of the Fund. You will receive feedback from Mamacrowd in a timely manner.
