Userbot is the largest Italian scaleup for the development of Artificial Intelligence technologies.
It has created an online platform based on proprietary and patented technologies to automate the most strategic business processes such as customer service and marketing automation.
Just 48 hours after its launch, it has already collected over €120,000 in endorsements, reaching 80% of the collection.
The product, already consolidated and validated by the market, has managed over 1 million messages and automated an average of 30% of conversations. It has been chosen by leading companies in the sector including OpenFiber, Fendi, Agos, Pirelli and RePower to make internal processes more efficient and automate conversations with customers.
The core of Userbot is based on the most advanced research in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning that aims to recognize natural language and learn through deep learning. The patent was obtained in collaboration with the Department of Technology Transfer of Politecnico di Milano.
The team has an aggregate experience of 50 years in the digital and IT field, has already raised € 500 thousand of investment and built a strong network of advisors, technological, scientific and institutional partners.
