It has been chosen by leading companies in the sector including OpenFiber, Fendi, Agos, Pirelli and RePower to make internal processes more efficient and automate conversations with customers.
The core of Userbot is based on the most advanced research in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning that aims to recognize natural language and learn through deep learning. The patent was obtained in collaboration with the Department of Technology Transfer of Politecnico di Milano.
The team has an aggregate experience of 50 years in the digital and IT field, has already raised € 500 thousand of investment and built a strong network of advisors, technological, scientific and institutional partners.
