Homeero Building is the platform that allows condominiums, retail, offices, franchising and shopping centers to manage in an automated way the activities of maintenance and security of the structures according to the latest dictates of current legislation.

After only 5 months, Homeero has started to invoice with a constantly growing trend: it is already present in 14 Italian provinces, has more than 85 business customers and has formed strategic partnerships such as the one with Astro Group, which involves more than 60 maintenance companies nationwide.

It operates in a mature and consolidated market: in Italy alone, about 1 million condominiums (for a maintenance turnover of over € 4.5 billion per year) and 650 thousand shops (60 thousand in franchising only) constantly need maintenance and are looking for innovative solutions like the one proposed by Homeero.

The technological platform allows automated and multi-channel management as well as integration with complementary services (e.g. management of property managers).

The team is highly qualified and experienced in the field of maintenance in its technical, regulatory organizational and commercial aspects, and participates in the Internet of Things [IoT] Observatory of the Politecnico di Milano, alongside the main Italian and European brands.
