How to become a Power User
Access to the Power User Program is free and reserved for users who have made at least one investment on Mamacrowd in the past 12 months.
Useful questions
1. Once I acquire Power User status, is it valid forever?
No, it is valid for 12 months and is automatically renewed if you meet the essential requirement of having invested at least once in the previous 12 months. Thus, to maintain Power User status you must make at least one investment per year.
2. If I am not a Power User and I want to access a restricted offer, how do I do it?
If the offer is in the restricted phase and you are not a Power User you will have to wait until the public phase opens, in which you can finalize your investment. Once you meet the Power User requirements you will be able to participate in subsequent restricted offers, not those already in progress.
3. What is the difference between the reserved and public phases?
The reserved phase is accessible only to Power Users and other qualified users, while the public phase is open to all users. Some offers may have only a reserved phase, without becoming public.
4. How long does the confidential phase last?
The reserved phase can last up to 30 days. The duration may vary depending on the offer, but it is defined before opening, and a counter will show the remaining time.
5. Does the Early Bird program still exist?
No, at the end of the Beta testing phase the Early Bird program accessible to all will cease to exist, and will be replaced by the Power User program.
6. Is there a cost to become a Power User?
No, access to the Power User program is free for the investor. It is sufficient to meet the requirement of one completed investment within 12 months.
7. Will I be notified before my Power User status expires?
Yes, Mamacrowd will send you reminders when the expiration of your Power User status is approaching.
8. Can I share restricted offers with other investors?
You can share Power User restricted offers with other people, but they will not be able to enjoy the benefits of the restricted offer unless they, in turn, have obtained Power User status.
