INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF MEMBERS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE BODY AND/OR EMPLOYEES/COLLABORATORS OF THE BIDDING COMPANY

With this information on the processing of personal data, made pursuant to Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (so-called "GDPR"), the Mamacrowd S.r.l, with registered office in Milan, Via Timavo, n. 34, P. IVA 07464370969 ("Mamacrowd"), as Autonomous Data Controller, intends to illustrate to you the purposes and methods by which Mamacrowd collects and processes your personal data, which categories of data are subject to processing, what rights you are granted as a data subject and how they can be exercised.

1. Categories of personal data

Mamacrowd needs to collect certain of your personal data for the purpose of publishing on its portal ("Portal") the equity crowdfunding campaign of the company of whose governing body you are a member or of which you are an employee ("Offering Company"). In particular, Mamacrowd needs to collect the following types of personal data from the Offering Company:

1. biographical data, such as first and last name, place and date of birth;
2. data pertaining to your life history, such as level of education and current and past professional experience;

Mamacrowd also needs to collect a photographic portrait of you from the Offering Company.

The above personal data will be processed by Mamacrowd exclusively for the purposes and within the limits indicated in the following paragraph.

2. Purpose and legal basis of the Processing

Mamacrowd will use the data indicated in paragraph 1, nos. 1 and 2, to enable the publication of the Offeror Company's campaign on the Portal.

If you are a member of the administrative body of the company, the publication of such data is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations regarding equity crowdfunding, as governed by Consob Resolution No. 18592.

If you are an employee of the Offering Company, the publication of the data indicated in paragraph 1, nos. 1 and 2 requires your specific consent. The consent given is revocable at any time by writing to privacy@mamacrowd.com.

The processing and, therefore, publication of your photographic portrait on the campaign page of the Offering Company requires your specific consent. The consent given is revocable at any time by writing privacy@mamacrowd.com.

3. Period of data retention and duration of processing

Mamacrowd will process the personal data indicated in paragraph 1 for a period of 12 months after the closing of the Offering Company's campaign. The data will be retained by Mamacrowd for a period of 5 years from the closing date of the offer in fulfillment of a specific legal obligation and for the defense of Mamacrowd's rights in court.

4. Users' rights

We inform you that, in accordance with current regulations, you have the following rights:

• to request and obtain information about the existence of your own data in the availability of Mamacrowd and access to such data;
• for data subject to processing by automated systems, request the transfer to another owner:
• request and obtain the modification and/or correction of his/her personal data if he/she believes that it is inaccurate or incomplete;
• to request and obtain the deletion - and/or limitation of the processing - of his personal data if it is not necessary - or no longer necessary - for the above purposes, then after the retention period indicated in the preceding paragraph.

Such requests may be transmitted to the Data Controller by writing to privacy@mamacrowd.com or by registered letter A/R addressed to Mamacrowd s.r.l., Via Timavo, n. 34 - 20124 Milano (MI).

We also inform you that in accordance with the regulations in force, you may propose any complaints regarding the processing of your personal data to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.

5. Changes

Mamacrowd reserves the right to modify or simply update the content of this Privacy Policy, in whole or in part. Mamacrowd will inform you of such changes as soon as they are introduced.
