Userbot

Userbot is the largest Italian scaleup for the development of Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Userbot has developed an online platform based on proprietary and patented Artificial Intelligence technologies able to automate business processes, such as Customer Service, internal Help Desk, Marketing Automation and Lead Generation, and to learn from human responses and behaviors, improving its own performances. The core of the technology is based on the most advanced research in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning, to recognize natural language and learn through deep learning.

Large companies in different industries, such as Agos, Open Fiber, Fendi, Repower, in addition to other realities in the automotive sector and public administrations have already chosen us. Our product is already validated and scalable: we have managed more than 1.000.000 messages, collected more than 500.000€ of investments, and have in pipeline more than 300.000€ of revenues coming from prospective customers who have expressed their interest in our AI technology. In addition, our product can be multilingual, and is quickly scalable to the international market.

The Userbot team has very high skills in the Digital and IT fields, with several successful entrepreneurial experiences behind them. Userbot has also managed to forge a strategic partnership with PoliHub, thanks to which it has access to an important technology transfer asset on Artificial Intelligence research within the Politecnico di Milano. Userbot's Partner network also includes System Integrators and first level Web Agencies.
