Trichology Haircare

Trichology Haircare was born in 2022 in Monza from the vision of Elisabetta Belfiore, a trichologist technician with more than 15 years of experience, with the aim of ethically bridging the gap between the growing demand for effective solutions to hair problems and a market offer that is often fragmented or not very specialized.

The project introduces an innovative format in Italy: centers specializing in advanced trichology accessible directly on the street, designed to intercept clients' needs immediately.The client's journey begins with a free in-depth trichological check-up, which allows them to listen to the client and their personal history, analyze the condition of the scalp and hair, and define a personalized treatment protocol.

The protocols integrate advanced technologies such as Low Level Laser Treatment (LLLT), professional trichological treatments, and high-performance products developed for the targeted treatment of major scalp abnormalities.In 2025 it treated about 696 unique clients, with an average chip of €192, confirming a steady growth in both the number of clients and the average value per treatment. The company is now preparing for a new phase of expansion with the opening of new centers and network development.

Trichology Haircare 's campaign is being conducted through a capital increase involving both Hairo S.r.l. (the "Target" company) and a newly established vehicle called Hairo Finance S.r.l. [SPV] (the "Vehicle" or "SPV" company ). More information in the round section.

Trichology Haircare reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign. Investors will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference stated in the bylaws).
