The real estate investment opportunity offers an annual return of up to 14 percent, with an estimated transaction duration of 24 months. The management of the bureaucratic, construction and sales aspects will be entrusted to the vehicle company Collegno54 S.r.l.

The investment in Turin - Collegno 54 offers the advantage of preferential liquidation, i.e., the right for investors who join the equity crowdfunding campaign to be reimbursed first with respect to the Promoter. In case of exceeding the expected duration, the total ROI will increase while keeping constant the annual return, which will be calculated pro tempore.

Turin - Collegno 54 reserves the right of "liquidation preference" to all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in case of exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
