TimeFlow is the answer to the technology skills shortage and the complexities associated with finding and managing IT talent and suppliers. Founded in 2020 with offices in Milan and Lecce, TimeFlow aims to revolutionize the way supply and demand for skills meet on a global scale and how corporations qualify and engage their suppliers.
The race to digitization and the speed with which technologies evolve have made it increasingly difficult for IT entrepreneurs to assert their skills and for corporate clients to identify reliable and qualified suppliers.
Out of this need came the intuition of Lorenzo Danese, CEO, who together with co-founders Iacopo Albanese, Gianmarco Ferrante and Federico Patrioli decided to devote himself exclusively to this project, building on his previous entrepreneurial experience in the IT sector. Since the beginning, in 2020, the goal has always been to become, in less than 8 years, the global meeting point between customers and suppliers of technological expertise and to develop technologies that can free companies from low value-added activities related to the purchasing process.
Today, TimeFlow is one of the benchmark platforms in the IT industry for companies buying or offering technology expertise, is active in 5 countries, and has seen more than 20 million project activities published on its platform in the first 9 months of 2024 alone.
Using a network of more than 1,000 companies and IT talents and a proprietary Artificial Intelligence algorithm, the platform analyzes customers' technology needs and matches them with suppliers' technical skills, providing a compatibility index that simplifies the selection and engagement of the best technology partner.
Starting in 2022, TimeFlow will offer corporate customers a dedicated, private-label version of the solution that includes Talent & Vendor Management capabilities. The platform enables customers with their own vendor base to digitize the entire procurement process, from the qualification phase to engagement on the project, reducing costs and automating low-value-added activities.
With revenues in excess of €900k in the first 9 months of 2024 and over 1,000 companies already on board, including multinationals such as Engineering, TeamSystem, and Deloitte, TimeFlow is poised to expand further. Building on operational experience in five countries, with a focus on Italy and India, TimeFlow has demonstrated its ability to compete internationally.
The current capital raising is aimed at raising financial resources to enhance product development, strengthening the technical and sales team, and to facilitate expansion into major European markets (UK, Germany and France), consolidating its presence as a leader in IT sourcing.
Tax benefits of 30 percent apply on TimeFlow .
TimeFlow reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of exit over the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.
Timeflow 's campaign is being conducted through a capital increase involving both Timeflow S.r.l. (the "Target" company) and a newly established vehicle called Timeflow4Growth S.r.l. [SPV] (the "Vehicle" or "SPV" company ). More information in the round section.

This offering is part of total capital increase of Euro 3,500,000, in which the following institutional investors have also invested: Azimut Eltif Digitech Europe, AZ RAIF II Digitech Europe, X-Equity Venture Club and Azimut Eltif - Venture Capital ALIcrowd III. It should be noted that the latter turns out to be a "Related Party" of Mamacrowd S.r.l.
The amount invested outside the platform is 650.000,00 € and the total funding is currently 2.970.449,00 €.
