TA-DAAN was born from the desire of the 4 co-founders Roberta, Sara, Costanza and Valeria to celebrate contemporary European craftsmanship through a platform that combines storytelling and online shopping. The idea takes shape to give voice and visibility to local creators who often lack the skills to emerge in digital markets. The long-term vision is to create a bridge between artisans and consumers, mainly millennials, who seek unique and sustainable products.
The company operates a platform that integrates editorial content and an engaging shopping experience, enabling artisans to reach new markets without the operational complexities. The target market is growing, and TA-DAAN offers handcrafted products from more than 300 artisans from 10 European countries. The dropshipping-based business model and a strong social identity are the pillars of their success. With revenues composed of 60 percent from marketplaces and 40 percent from branded content, the company has already raised capital from business angels and institutional investors and plans further expansion into the B2B sector through astrategic acquisition.
TA-DAAN has currently been registered in the Special Register of Innovative Start-ups for more than five years and, in line with its path of growth and consolidation of innovation, has applied to the Chamber of Commerce to become an Innovative SME.
On the campaign is available, for individuals, the optional service of Free Rubrication for the Investor as the costs are borne by Ta-Daan.
Ta-Daan reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign. Investors will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference stated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.

The company has already raised privately 350.000,00 € that are reflected in the offering counter and have been underwritten by both current shareholders and institutional investors, including Trentino Invest.
