Project

Spatium is the network of turn key and sharing studios that enables physicians, therapists and professionals in the field of advanced aesthetics to book and use - in the short and medium term - equipped and ready-to-use medical studios , distributed throughout the territory with an innovative SPaaS (Space-as-a-Service, i.e., the possibility of using equipped and turnkey studios, through a service contract and without start-up costs) model.

 

The offering features turnkey and ready-to-use studios, located in central and prestigious locations, with attention to furnishings and details, and no setup costs. Access to the studios is made possible through subscription or simple one-time booking, at an all-inclusive cost that includes utilities, cleaning and special waste disposal. The studios are accessible 7 days a week, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., with a digital key available through smartphones.

 

spatium's model constitutes a synthesis to date unique in the market, compared to what is singularly offered in terms of opportunities, services and flexibility by "traditional" models such as sharing rooms between doctors and professionals in polyclinics and/or aesthetic centers, offering:

  • Space activation without initial investment
  • Placement in prestigious locations
  • Maximum flexibility in the choice of days and hours
  • Mobility between different locations and cities
  • Totally variable costs and not dependent on the revenues of the services offered by the professional

The model developed by Spatium immediately proved to be of great interest to the market, profitable and extremely scalable. In the first 12 months of operation, at the height of the pandemic, 7 locations and 40 studios were opened, thanks to which it was possible to validate the business model:

  • 400k revenue in the first 12 months
  • Positive EBITDA already in year 1
  • Filling ratio >65%
  • Return on investment in new openings in just 9 months

In addition to offering turnkey and shared studios, Spatium's model is also made unique through a customized technology platform for the digital management of the Customer Journey of its client-professionals, through which it offers services such as: online booking and payment of studios, including subscription, digital key access to locations and to one's own studio, appointment book management, professional lifecycle management, B2B and B2B2C community management, generate reporting, performance analysis and customer satisfaction

 

On the Spatium campaign is available the optional Rubrication free for the Investor as the costs are borne by Spatium.

 

Tax benefits of 30 percent apply on Spatium .

 

Spatium is among the investments of the AZIMUT ELTIF - Venture Capital ALIcrowd II fund, established by the Azimut Group and managed by Azimut Libera Impresa SGR SpA.
