Soul-K, a food-tech vanguard, offers semi-processed and ready-to-eat food products, specializing in tailor-made solutions for the restaurant, café and large-scale retail trade (GDO). Its "Food as a Service" model combines the efficiency and sustainability of Lean Manufacturing and Just In Time with the innovation ofIndustry 5.0, making production more flexible and responding to the needs of a rapidly changing market. This approach provides customers with fresh, customized and ready-to-use products, reducing waste and optimizing operating costs.

Tax benefits of 30 percent apply on Soul-K.

On the campaign is available the optional Rubrication free of charge for the Investor as the costs are borne by Soul-k.

Soul-K reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws). All conditions are published in the bylaws found in the Documents section.
