Founded by architect Gianluca Soldi and his son Tommaso Soldi, SoldiDesign is an innovative SME that transforms the circular economy into iconic pieces of furniture, protected by international patents. Production takes place entirely in Italy through a short supply chain, using exclusively recycled plastics (ABS, polypropylene) and 100% recyclable packaging.

With over 120,000 products sold worldwide, the company is currently undergoing a strategic transition toward the Digital Native Vertical Brand (DNVB) model.

The capital raised will support the development of the company’s proprietary Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce channel as its sole priority channel, aimed at eliminating the costs of traditional intermediaries, maximizing profit margins, and accelerating penetration into global markets, starting with North America.

Soldidesign reserves the right to “liquidation preference” for all investors participating in the campaign. Investors will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit, ahead of the company’s other shareholders (according to the order of preference specified in the articles of incorporation).
