Milan - Residenza Viridis is a real estate development project of the company H Milano S.r.l., which involves the conversion, construction and sale of a residential building at 31 Piazza della Vittoria, Parabiago (Milan), with the construction of 13 modern-designed homes.

The real estate investment opportunity offers an annual return of up to 14 percent, with an estimated transaction duration of 24 months. Management of the bureaucratic, site and sales aspects will be handled by the special purpose vehicle Residenza Viridis S.r.l.

The investment in Residenza Viridis offers the advantage of preferential liquidation, i.e., the right for investors who join the equity crowdfunding campaign to be reimbursed first with respect to the Promoter.

Milan - Residenza Viridis reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit compared to the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
