The real estate investment opportunity offers an annual return of up to 14 percent with an estimated transaction duration of 22 months, for an estimated total return of 25.67 percent. Managing the bureaucratic, site and sales aspects will be the special purpose vehicle Gardone 7 S.r.l.
The investment in Milan - Gardone 7 offers the advantage of preferential liquidation, i.e., the right for investors who join the equity crowdfunding campaign to be reimbursed first compared to the Promoter.
Milan - Gardone 7 reserves the right of "liquidation preference" to all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of exit compared to the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
