Mastro Tortello is a 100% Italian fresh pasta brand, where authenticity and innovation are married in a concept that can meet the needs of all kinds of customers.
The idea was born in 2009, in Belgium, where a group of friends imagined the success of a small tortellini corner. Only in 2020, during a dinner at Florian Maison, star chef Umberto De Martino sits at the table of one of those friends, sharing his dream of opening a tortelli bistro in Milan, and a few months later, in 2021, he opens the first Mastro Tortello in Milan.
In these first three years, the team worked strenuously, in collaboration with the chef, to develop the "mastrotortelli," which immediately became iconic because of their unmistakable shape and the explosiveness of their filling, and to perfect the operating model.
In 2023, Mastro Tortello launched "Il Mastrotortellino," the product most deeply rooted in the tradition of the range, but revisiting and exaggerating every qualitative aspect of the product and artisanal process. The range was then completed in 2024 with the introduction of spaghetti, already dubbed "mastrospaghetti" by some customers, a line of fresh pasta intended for more everyday consumption enriched by Mastro's artisanal sauces.

Mastro Tortello reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit compared to the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
