The Zivieri Group, founded in 1987 with the first Butcher's shop in the heart of the Emilian Apennines, has madecraftsmanship and a closed supply chain, that is, control throughout the meat processing process, its strengths, values that, thanks to the passion and professionalism of all the members of the Zivieri Family, have taken it from a turnover of €450k in 2010 to a turnover of about €3mln in 2023.

The Zivieri family has always believed that a meat is not just a product, but the fruit of a journey that starts from the field and reaches the table, a process to be guarded with the respect and attention that nature deserves.

Over the years, the butcher shop has become a symbol, a tangible example of how deep values can drive toward success. From their intimate and familiar dimension, Graziano, Adua, Fabrizio, Massimo, Aldo, Elena and Stefano Zivieri have opened new horizons, bringing the unique flavor of their meats to the tables of Italy's top restaurants and into the homes of those seeking excellence.

With an acquisition transaction conducted during 2024, the Zivieri Group now also boasts within it a farm with an agritourism in the hills of Sasso Marconi that has more than 90 hectares of woods, pastures, vegetable garden and livestock. In addition, the Group boasts a series of strategic assets that certify its control and attention along the entire supply chain: a slaughterhouse strategically located with respect to the farms and processing laboratories, so that welfare is respected in all moments of the animals' lives; laboratories for processing fresh meat to serve haute cuisine throughout Italy and private individuals; an artisanal charcuterie factory; and outlets in the heart of the capital of Emilia and in the Apennines.

The Group's strength lies in its values, in the philosophy that pushes to maintain a closed and controlled supply chain, to guarantee well-being at every stage of the process, to promote the craftsmanship that is synonymous with authenticity.

30% tax breaks apply on Macelleria Zivieri

Macelleria Zivieri reserves the right of "liquidation preference" (of 1.5 times the invested capital) to all investors who join the campaign, who will therefore be reimbursed first in the event of an exit than the company's other shareholders (according to the order of preference indicated in the bylaws).
