Impact Food is a food format born in Rome from a simple but powerful idea: to make sustainable food a natural, accessible and desirable choice, without asking the customer to give up taste, rituals or daily habits.
The first store in Rome Parioli has already validated the model on the real market: about 30,000 covers per year, more than 3,300 Google reviews with average rating 4.8/5 and 2024 revenues in the order of €0.9M. Numbers that confirm the brand's ability to attract, surprise and retain a wide audience.
Impact's strength is to replicate experiences that people are already familiar with: fast food for quick, accessible and everyday consumption; steakhouses for a more immersive, convivial and premium moment. Same moments, same satisfaction, same familiarity, but with products and processes designed to reduce the impact of the supply chain and make sustainability part of normalcy.
Impact was not created to speak to a niche, but to enter the heart of the mainstream market: young people, families, workers, groups of friends, and curious customers who want to eat well, have a contemporary experience, and recognize themselves in a brand with clear values. The brand is already supported by a social community of more than 35,000 followers and content that reaches millions of people.
Rome is now the strategic base for the rollout. Parioli is not a bet to be validated: it is the store that has already demonstrated demand, reviews, revenue and return capacity. Expanding now to Rome allows for increased density, brand recognition, operational control, management efficiencies, and negotiating strength along the supply chain.
The second location, opening in October 2026 in Piazza Istria, will be dedicated to the fast food format and will be located in a high-frequency, high-visibility area of North Rome. The round will also finance an additional outlet on Rome in a very high-frequency area; in the maximum scenario a third new openingis planned beyondParioli. With this round we transform a validated outlet into a direct urban network that is increasingly replicable.
This first round marks the beginning of Impact Food's growth path: Rome represents the first step of a broader vision, built to progressively evolve beyond the local market.
Impact Food 's campaign is being conducted through a capital increase in the newly established vehicle called Im Invest S.r.l. (the "Vehicle" or "SPV" company), which will invest what is raised in Impact S.r.l. (the "Target" company) to finance the growth project. More information in the Round section.
Impact Food reserves the right of "liquidation preference" for investors who join the campaign. In the event of exit or distribution of proceeds, beneficiary investors are reimbursed in priority to other unitholders, according to the order and conditions set out in the bylaws and offering documents.
Investors who subscribe for Units A of IM Invest Srl will have voting rights at the SPV's shareholders' meeting. It should be noted that the units issued by Impact Srl to IM Invest Srl will be exclusively B Units, without voting rights, so investors' voting rights can only be exercised in the IM Invest Srl meeting and not in the Project Holder's meeting.
